“Hotel made arrangements to meet me at the arrival hall; they were late by 30 minutes and staff were unapologetic. Manager refused to speak to me saying that he was not at the office. ....during breakfast food was not replenished and was not fresh as it looked like it had been sitting there for a few hours Room needed a touch up as walls were stained and the balcony needed a good sweep and a thorough cleaning.
