I had a late night check in and when I woke up, the hallway was wet due to an AC malfunction. The staff immediately took care of it and moved me to another room. To compensate for the inconvenience, I was offered a complimentary massage. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are gorgeous, the breakfast was delicious, and the spa was relaxing. The gift shop is also really cute. I loved it so much, I extended my stay for one more night. I hope to come back again with my family. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. The hammam experience was truly the highlight—it was exceptional and one of the best I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

We had a lovely stay, the only bad thing was that it was too short! The hotel is beautiful inside, our suite was lovely, the staff were very friendly and very attentive. We had a nice lunch at the rooftop and ordered breakfast to our room, which was a appreciated service since we had to leave for a flight in the morning. It was very close to the Medina with shops and cafes. We had a nice stroll around and also had dinner at a restaurant with local cuisine. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The deluxe room my Mother and I shared was enormous and beautiful. It was about 120 square meters big. Suite 18. My Mom enjoyed a facial at the spa at an excellent rate and the property grounds were flawless in every way. The staff was welcoming and courteous and made us feel right at home 🙏

Exceptional. This is probably the best hotel we have stayed at in over 40 years of travelling. The suites are huge and immaculate. The service is wonderful from breakfast to the turn down service in the evening with fruit and chocolates. The staff are all friendly and helpful in arranging taxis , the airport pickup and the hammam. It’s in a perfect location for exploring the medina with some fantastic restaurants around.We were there for a week and throughly enjoyed it, we highly recommend Dar El Jeld when in Tunis.
