I would not rate that hotel as 5 stars , no simple services, or just bottle of waster in room. That hotel should be 3stars, I would waist my money on it. Novotel much better They supplied Kettle but nothing else I’m assuming you go cross street to buy a coffee or tea bags

Hotel needs to improve their basic skills in managing the guests and provision of basic facilities to them. Refrigerator was not working. They don’t even keep a water in the room which costs nothing. They don’t ask guests, as a courtesy, for any issues being faced.

The hotel location was really perfect, in lahbib bourguiba street ,it reminds me some how about the french streets.near to so many historical monuments in the city . Staff are professional and helpful. Room is clean and teddy. Room service its ok (needs to be improved).

Es un hotel clasico, con espacios amplios, excelente ubicación en el centro de Tunez, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. El personal de recepción fue siempre muy amable. Lo que desconcierta un poco es el escáner de seguridad a la entrada, por donde hay que pasar cada vez que uno vuelve al hotel. El servicio de limpieza de habitación fue deficiente, se les olvido limpiar un par de dias y la reposición de papel higiénico fue pobre.

Overall, the staff were incredibly nice, and the hotel was very clean. It was a hassle to bring in outside drinks, even water, which keeps it from just being shy of 5 stars. Overall, highly recommend

Arrived frazzled from Carthage after my flight out was cancelled having booked the room from the taxi on the way from the airport. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. This is a first class hotel with first class customer service. A ten out of ten.
