“Hotel is clean and good for families, however we had to wait for 1 hour for the shuttle in the airport, when we called we were told it would take 15 mins, we called a 2nd time after 30 mins waiting and waited another 30 mins. The shuttle only goes to terminal A and C, you could mention this ahead of time and paste a picture of the shuttle offering the service. The breakfast is included and it is supposed to start at 6am, we rushed to be there on time and there were another 5 or 6 customers...
