“I loved the location close to the E-Werk venue. The hotel was safe and very clean which are very important. My German isn’t very good and the staff was polite and patient with me. The lobby, gathering areas, rooms, and property are attractive. My only complaint, and not a big deal, was the food options in the evening down at the bar were limited.”

“Das Hotel ist mit dem ÖPNV sehr gut erreichbar. Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hatten wir den Aufkleber (mit einer sehr kleinen Schriftt) am Spiel im Bad und den Hinweis, dass das Zimmer nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt wird und die Handtücher daher nicht getauscht werden, ignoriert und hatten unsere Handtücher auf den Boden gelegt. Das alles ist dem "Green Key" Konzept geschultet und ist grundsätzlich zu befürworten. Es war aber dann auch...
