We booked for Ocean Front paid extra. Not only we didn’t get this hotel but was transferred to other hotel. We went to their sister hotel. Gave us crappy rooms and hotel was blaming Expedia

It has been my favorite in comparison to
others hotel n “ La Zona Hotelera “
The staff oz super helpful, kind , amicable.
Kudos to all the staff from the front desk.
Mitzy was extremely efficient & competent.
Can’t remember naces. But “top of the line “

I loved the friendly, smiling, and helpful staff, as well as the delicious food. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. The main area for improvement would be adding more entertainment and activities throughout the day and evening. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this resort to others. The wonderful staff, great food, and welcoming atmosphere made my stay very enjoyable.
