The room had a clogged sink. We called for assistance and maintenance was there quickly. The room also had a tv in the living area that did not work and the staff replaced the TV quickly. This was 4th time staying at the Linq and the experience has always been great.

Dear Virgin Hotels Las Vegas Team, As local residents, we recently chose your hotel for a quick 3-day, 2-night staycation. We originally booked because we were drawn to the pool, but we actually had an even better time utilizing your gym facilities! While the hotel was overall wonderful, we did encounter an issue on our first day with a burning plastic smell in our room. We requested a room change, and thanks to your team's assistance, we were moved to a new room where everything was fresh, comfortable, and relaxing for the rest of our stay. Thank you so much for the great service and hospitality. We truly appreciate it!

I really enjoyed staying at this place

Some of the employees went above and beyond. Housekeeping was lacking, room not cleaned for 3 days, and generally not maintained. Early check in fees were ridiculous. Food was good on site. Got bullied away from the outside of the piano bar after declining a drink, while 8 other people were not drinking was ridiculous. One elevator broken really inconvenienced a lot of people during check out!
