Vacations Close To Christ the Redeemer of the Andes

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in years Our stay at the Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas was absolutely terrible. The hotel felt dirty and poorly maintained, elevators were broken, and the pool closed at 5 p.m., which was disappointing. Our room was dirty when we arrived, including hair in the bathtub. We asked to move rooms, but staff refused and said they would send cleaners. We waited roughly 10 hours without anyone cleaning the room. Then housekeeping tried to come in around 11–11:30 p.m., when we were already asleep. To make matters worse, the bathtub backed up with some kind of brown sludge. It was disgusting. The lack of cleanliness and the way our complaints were handled were unacceptable. This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Room was perfect size for two people, very cozy and. way nice room, will stay again in the future.

Tiny tiny tiny bathrooms. only one night stand at the bed. Living room and kitchen were fine. Floor was dirty, some of the dishes and silverware in the cupboard were dirty.

This room gave us a very luxurious feel. With the floor to ceiling windows, 2 balconies, amazing view, comfy bed, and jetted tub with a view. Then you have a kitchen! Oh and parking is free! The pool was good, the gym was awesome! Probably one of my favorite places to stay in Vegas.

Decent food options, friendly staff bed left a lot to be desired overall decent hotel

The host was not clear about housekeeping. No fresh towels/washcloths without a charge was inconvenient, especially since I didn't know beforehand. Cigarette burn in the comforter—hair in the shower. Nice view. Nice shower and jetted tub. Nice-sized space. Comfy bed.
