“Nos fustó todo, habitación enorme y preciosa...un poco calurosa pero abriendo la puerta de la terraza perfecto. La cena y desayuno en el alojamiento muy bien también. Fue nuestro último día de viaje por Escocia y la verdad que fue la guinda al viaje”

“Very disappointing. I paid £98 for a very basic twin room for 1 night. Only 1 bed was made up and room was clean but very dated, and the property and grounds have seen better days and are overall quite scruffy. No TV in room but was told I could watch TV downstairs if I wanted to. The shower didn't work properly - either scalding hot or dribbled out cold water. Sink took ages to drain, noisy radiator. “This was a great location for me to visit Galashiels. Its a lovely old manse building with nice clean big rooms and comfy beds. The owners of the guest house were on site, very friendly and welcoming. I had a sound night's sleep and woke to a lovely cooked breakfast with all the trimmings. I couldn't fault my stay. There is plenty parking but lots of free street parking nearby anyway so no issues there. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.”
