I was in the kitchen, making myself a morning cuppa when I saw the pink sunrise and the thick misty fog coming from the magnificent Cuillin Mountains past Loch Harport. I quickly put a coat on and ran in my pyjamas to capture this. The Fairy Pools near Glenbrittle at the foot of the Black Cuillin Mountains on the Isle of Skye in the Highlands of Scotland. Very busy attraction but oh so beautiful to see.....walk along the path beside the falls and meandering river and enjoy this stunning location. Free admission is a bonus but watch the slippery rocks and steep climb back to the car, it's a bit of a killer! Perhaps partake in a coffee from Cuillin Coffee Van in the carpark when you're done.
