“We spent over 30 minutes at check-in because our room was hard to find and not well signposted. The receptionist couldn’t come with us to show the way, so it took us a while to locate it. Outside the room, there was construction and a lot of mud, and when the staff member brought the remote control, he accidentally tracked that mud into the room. He did clean it up afterward, which we appreciated. Still, the area outside was quite dirty, and it would be good if the hotel kept it cleaner. The...

“The service is always impeccable. The beds are comfy.”

“Very nice unit however one turn off was the well water without a water softener and the iron color and egg smell. The carpet smelled musty too but if that would be fixed the unit would be even so much better. Also the screen door to the balcony was off the track and we could not put back it on. That would be nice to be able to have the door open in good weather”

“Bathroom was not cleaned properly ~ disgusting; Waited a long time to check in~ no one was attending the front desk; rang bell but still didn’t show up for awhile. Although convenient to DCI show at UW Whitewater, I would not stay here again.”
