Super clean! Only issue we had on the 3rd floor wifi was spotty, so we couldn't watch our show at night before bed. Loved the fireplace outside. The front desk was super helpful, and we got lucky with early check in.

Very nice property. Beautiful pool area. They have some remodeling going on right now and it was a little noisy at times. Had a ground floor room with the patio but could not use it because there were workers on that side of the building.

Conveniently located 1 mile from the golf course (opposite shore on Lake Como), this was a decent overnight hotel. We stayed in a well appointed new room. The pool bar and hot tub were nice after a round of golf. That said, I would not choose this place for an extended stay in summer. There are no balconies and the hotel is hidden from the lake front by a thick grove of trees. So, while it is “lake side” there is no actual “lake view” anywhere on the property, We could only see snippets of lake through the trees. But if you are a golfer, looking for a place to stay a night (or 2) after a round, this place works. And, bonus, its 2 minutes from Mars, arguably the best bar/restaurant in Lake Geneva!

This place is very nice, was renovated in 2023 so it still looks new and clean. Pool and pool bar were very nice, especially beautiful at night. They are dog friendly and the front desk was very kind to our dog. Five stars for all the staff! They have a decent cafe in the lobby to get coffee, sandwiches and snacks, which was very convenient. Low rating is only due to pool being closed for maintenance and fire alarm going off for over an hour at night. We were not able to fully enjoy our stay because of these issues. Probably just bad luck and not entirely their fault. We would like to return and hope to enjoy the pool next time.

Great overall location and amenities, BUT the worst service I have ever had with pool side dining. Not sure if the server was simply just not interested in helping everyone THE SAME, but 30 minutes to get a menu after I asked for one, 20 to take the order, and food came to my 9 year old cold and with cold attitude from the server WHO ALSO gave herself a 20 percent tip - I assume/hope that is the hotel's policy? She deserved no tip, and I will not take my family there again!
