“The room was wonderful. Very clean, modern, and spacious. Although the hotel is a little ways from the historical downtown, you can take the free bus (CAT) and get off at stop 11 and from there the hotel is less than a10 min walk. CAT made it very easy to get anywhere in town from the hotel. The only negative was the wifi was awful. It was constantly dropping and I had to reconnect multiple times each session. ”

“El hotel es de lo mejor que hay por la zona relacion calidad precio el hotel estaba muy bien cuidado y en la recepcion nos dieron un servicio como de 5 estrellas,la habitacion era muy ruidosa ya queno se podia cerrar las ventanas y al lado habia un karaoke.teniamos un dispensador de agua en nuestra planta,la decoracion es muy muy simple y tal vez algo tetrica y la localizacion tienes que andar un rato hasta llegar al centro de georgetown y los alrededores no son de lo mejor.”

“We stayed on the 26th floor and the view is great. Checking in/out was a breeze. Only nuisance was some bar/club playing ultra loud music, you can hear/feel the bass even on such a high floor”

“Ils ne nettoient pas la chambre et ne changent pas les serviettes. Personnel de la réception froid et sans empathie. Mal organisés. Le 1er jour, ils m'ont fait payer la taxe touristique et pas la chambre. Au retour, la chambre était bloquée avec les bagages à l'intérieur parce que la chambre n'était pas payée! Deux jours + tard, idem pour le petit déjeuner.Puis, erreur dans la facture. Un désastre.”

“Nos encantó el Hotel! excelente ubicación, al lado Komtar donde tomamos bus CAT y transporte local. Cercano también ak Barrio Chino y Barrio India. La habitación hermosa, con buena vista. Gimnasio disponible 24 hrs y piscina con una vista hermosa. Desayuno excelente! y restaurante en el primer nivel con variedad de platos a un precio intermedio. En resumen: excelente hotel tanto en servicios como en ubicación, sumado a una recepción muy atenta y cercana del personal. ”
