“I left my power bank in the hotel. The staff actually text me and told me about it. Luckily I am still around to go back and collect it. I was amazed by the honesty where I don’t think other hotel will even bother to inform me. The room was clean, big and comfortable and they serve a wide variety of choices for breakfast. Not forgetting the friendly and honest staffs Highly recommended to stay in this hotel. Excellent service! ”

“Las instalaciones son buenas en general, el desayuno muyyyyy bien. Muchas opciones, muy bien presentado y el servicio del personal muy atento y amable. La recepción muy bien también, personal atento y amable. Resolutivos. La piscina está bien, sin ser una pasada, pero hace su función. El gimnasio está muy bien. El resto de servicios no los usamos. La habitación algo pequeña, al igual que el baño. Esperaba un pelín más por la categoría de hotel, pero adecuado.”

“Staff was terrible. I booked a deluxe room (with city views it said), and instead I got a room looking to a parking lot (it was ridiculously close to the cars).I went down to reception three times (Sunday evening) and the guy gave me no alternative despite admitting that it was their/the websites mistake. It wasn’t until I asked to speak to the manager that the guy offered me to change the room with a really bad attitude. The rest of the staff were neither friendly nor professional. Otherwise,...

“La tarifa me precio un poco alta, teniendo en cuenta que no incluye desayuno y al final te cobrar algunos impuestos locales por separado. Las instalaciones son bastante antiguas. Sin embargo el hotel es cómodo limpio y bien ubicado ”
