“Room was dirty lots of holes in the ceiling where lights have been ceiling stained with water marks corner where fridge was mouse box next to it corner filed with foam to fill holes. shower pressure non existent horrible brown tatty curtain over cubicle It is one of the worse rooms I have stayed in lucky it was 1 night because I would not have stayed another🙈”

“Not 1 to complain, but room got changed 1 day before, but the bad thing was no heating on at the entertainment at night it was freezing, rate it 3 from 10”

“It was a nice stay only thing I missed was a microwave to heat my food, rest overall was very good...I loved the hot chocolate :)”

“Virkelig søde og rare mennesker. Prøv deres egen marmelade ved morgenmaden.😊👍”

“Pleasant friendly welcome and check in quick and easy. Room a tad cosy but spotless clean. Bar downstairs friendly chappy who ran that. Breakfast amazing that my wife and I said its was the best we've had anywhere on hotel breaks away. Plenty of staff on hand in airy breakfast room if need assistance and clearance of plates etc. Location great just 2 mins to Bispham tram stop and about 8 stops to the tower central Blackpool. We will rebook for sure.”

“The rooms were nice and the view at sunset was stunning. Beds were comfy too. The shower room floor was a little messy just behind the door and the water flow in the shower was rather pathetic, but other than that the property was clean and the shower had been upgraded recently.”

“Lovely clean& comfortable hotel with everything you need & more. Very friendly, helpful staff and breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We would be happy to stay again.”

“Nice little find, clean rooms nice towels and lovely staff, a bit dated but all really nice”

“The hotel was fine. It is located 10 minutes walk from the North Pier. My only quibble would be that the room was a smaller one than we had previously been given, which was about disappointing. They also need to have more power sockets near the bed”

“Our room was very modern and hotel was beautiful. Staff very nice and pleasant. Breakfast plenty of choice and was very nice. Lots of entertainment on at night. I would definitely return when next in Blackpool and would definitely recommend to family and friends”

“I wanted a proper British b n b abd this ticked all the boxes It was located just a short walk to the tram It had street parking The room was small but it was all we needed just a place to sleep and shower The owners were lovely and the breakfast was fantastic so much choice If you want a true British b n b this is your place”
