Breakfast service (or lack of service given multiple staff) was terrible and food was removed well before breakfast closing.
I was also charged a large additional amount after leaving with no communication or invoice. This was an error and it was difficult to contact the hotel to deal with this. No response to website submission.

Rooms need a severe renovation. Love the amenities, pool, beach. Restaurants are just ok here. Carpets are nasty in hallways and rooms.

I had a relaxing stay at Sandyport Beach Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lagoon was beautiful and peaceful. What surprised me the most was the room was exactly as the picture showed. Beautiful!
