The resort, pools, hotel room, and staff were all amazing! Fish and Nobu were our favorite dinner spots. Breakfast at The Perch was disappointing and overall the food and drinks was very expensive but to be expected. We loved The Cove and all the amenities.

We had an amazing experience during our summer vacation! The Staff, cleanliness, and the property was outstanding! Our oceanfront suite was gorgeous and spacious enough to fit a family of four. Hopefully, the construction will be completed, by our next planned vacation.. “ The adult only hot tub” was unavailable, which did not interfere with our travel plans as we have small children. The food was amazing! We can’t wait to return!

The staff is awesome, extremely helpful always. We were disappointed not all restaurants were open. The communication surrounding what isn't open is poor. We were advised during slower season not all restaurants are open. We were only advised of this once we complained. This should be stated when you book was you have the option to make an educated decision if you are okay with this.

Great property with a lot of variety for all groups and classes of people. Great pools, beaches, variety of rooms and towers to choose from, large property so you dont get bored with the same thing everyday. The beach i spent time on was maintained, they smoothed the sand every morning, but still had some trash leftover from the day before so that needs to be addressed. had plenty of covered and non covered chairs, but would recommend reserving one of the few covered chairs they have that has waitstaff service for drinks, they need more of those. Only issue i had was one of the rooms had AC issue for 3 days before getting corrected. I spent 4 days there, would recommend the property due to size and variety of activities.

The building it just amazing, the room was perfect! The food was pricey but most of it good. Now customer service at most restaurants was lacking. When asked about their food items many did not know or couldn’t describe it. It truly sucks. Also, many people expect an additional tip but all they did was take an order.

Atlantis has always been a fantastic place for me, and this trip was no exception. I had an amazing time, but there were a few minor inconveniences. First, the old cabana’s pool was unavailable, which I had known about beforehand as they informed us and I believe gave a discount so I cannot fault them for that. Second, and really my only main issue was I booked a room at the Cove specifically because it’s adults-only, and I came to relax. Unfortunately, there was a child/infant in the room next to me or across the hall who cried the entire time. I can handle a little bit, but not when I’m staying at a property that’s supposed to be designed to avoid situations like those and this was not one or twice. It was daily at an insane volume. Despite these small issues, the staff at Atlantis was incredible. They went above and beyond to make our trip memorable and hassle-free. I’m already looking forward to returning and hopefully seeing the new pool when it’s finished.
