This hotel is very nice. The employees never missed a beat. They are on top of everything. Great job!

The room was perfectly clean. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed of a variety of warm food, meat, fruits, and bread. We really enjoyed the fun atmosphere watching the Fifa game. Thanks Riu and staff!

The property & room was definitely nice. The staff was nice & friendly. The parking situation was horrible. Over and hour and fifteen minutes for valet to bring out car to us at checkout.

$75 valet parking fee plus tax was applied without notice until after I asked the front desk. A simple breakfast was not included even we paid $600+ for one night. Standard room and amenities. Shower cap is not provided. Won’t go again.

Everything was great at this property and all of the staff I encountered was helpful and friendly!

This is a beautiful hotel, close to many attractions and public transportation- Muni buses and Bart. Because of our hotel account, we were upgraded to a King Corner Suite - it was very spacious with many windows and heavy, effective curtains. It was a nice convenience that the Clift Royal Sonesta had a printed summary with advice regarding viewing the Golden Gate Bridge fireworks (only the third time ever!) We were able to use our $30 credit at the hotel cafe, Kendrick’s - a beautiful venue with ample seating and excellent breakfast choices! We will definitely return to bring our family later, this summer.

The room was great, the staff were friendly & the location was very convenient. The breakfast experience was not good. The breakfast is not on site & the menu is limited. We were not made aware of either until we got the vouchers & sat down at the restaurant. All & all frustrating experience.
