The room was great, bed and pillows cozy, breakfast buffet full of options. I would stay here again. My only caution is to tell the valet WELL in advance thay you want your car pulled up.

My husband and I stayed here while traveling for business, and we really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed at this hotel during early September to celebrate a birthday. We had an amazing experience, both from the living space and the staff. Staff were extremely helpful at every step of our visit, giving recommendations and where to go, where to eat, and offering assistance with transportation if needed. Breakfast was included and it was amazing, and there is frequent rotation of certain food items, so you never get bored. They also heated the pool during cold nights which was fantastic. The location on Fisherman's Wharf was great as well, and there were many things to do in the area, or just strolling around the water front which is what we did on nights where we were exhausted and wanted the chance to unwind. There's also a running path on the Wharf, which was excellent and convenient on days the hotel gym was pretty full (which it will get). My only qualm is that they do not offer water after check in, which I found weird, but there is no issue there as there is a Bargain Store right across the street from the hotel that offers inexpensive options for water. Overall, 9/10 experience and will be returning soon!
