“Maravilloso !”

“Very clean. Host was excellent.”

“Llegue a la habitación (que habia reservado y pagado) y había ya otra persona aojada en mi habitación! Nunca tuve asistencia de nadie, no me contestaron. Y al otro huesped le dijeron que se quedara ahi. Tuve que volver a revervar en ese momento en otro lado porque no habia habitaciones disponibles.”

“Stayed at Darwin House and the experience was pretty poor. The room I originally booked was already being used by another guest, with her belongings everywhere, so I was moved to Room 1. The phone number provided for help wasn't even in service at the time. The property itself is filthy - the room was just about liveable for one night, but I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the sheets. It feels more like a bedsit or HMO than proper guest accommodation. The rooms smell strongly of mould and...

“The rooms are a good size there a multiple bathrooms ans toilets which is good 1 could do with a bit of work but overall there was a microwave in kitchen to warm your food and place was also lovely and warm and a sink in room was good. Nice location aswell near the shops especially if you want a takeaway and a big supermarket nearby also the transport networks are really good or go on foot 40 minutes walking but quite a nice town also has lots of history”

“There was absolutely no point in having a kitchen there were no cooking appliances plates or cups only one fork knife and spoon the kitchen was a complete waste the property if ur staying for multiple nights was not advisable”

“Great place to stay and honest trustworthy staff 5 stars. I left my wallet and keys in the room and the staff kept everything safe for me. Many thanks”

“La receptionista/encargada del BnB es muy atenta y encantadora. ”

“First of all, there was no staff or anyone to welcome you. We reserved a room with a private bath, and when we arrived we had been assigned a different room with no private bathroom. The shared bathroom available was filthy and the linoleum was coming off the floor. The bedroom was dirty as well and the beds were like cots, horrible mattresses. We tried to reach property owner with no avail. They never responded to any of our inquiries. Within 15 mins, we booked a room at local hotel and left...

“Avoid this place! > We had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived to check in, it turned out our room had been given to someone else. The host was completely unreachable and ignored all our calls and messages. We were left stranded without a place to sleep. Very unprofessional and unreliable.”

“Very noisy until early hours of the morning arguing within the building which was intimidating and frightening. No cups or cutlery in room 1 small hand towel to shower with signage outside very confusing booked for 2 nights only stayed one found other accommodation elsewhere most certainly would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY”

“Was dirt Pillows were old and tatty and we woke with neck ache Was only one cup that was cracked , no spoons to make a drink , towel was tiny more of a hand towel Bed had bits in and stain on quilt cover Set of drawers had screws sticking out and no handles The place was noisy and has drug gas calendars outside the front door There was constant banging from upstairs We didn’t sleep . There was no microwave Wouldn’t stay ever again and put me of the Experian website We only used...
