Located in a quiet area but very convenient for town centre, a nice walk along the canal takes you into town. Had a very friendly welcome from James who explained how everything worked. Definitely stay again if we need accommodation in Romsey.”

“Comfortable rooms above a pub less than a two minute walk from Lymington Town railway station and a few minutes to town centre and quayside with restaurants and pubs. Street was fairly quiet at night. Staff friendly and efficient- we left our bags as we arrived early and when we returned later to check in the bags had been taken to our room for us. Would stay again.”

“Great location for a getaway. Stockbridge was a hidden gem for us. Well kept pub type hotel with a large room and at a good price. Decent breakfast.”

“More remote than I realised but wonderful room, very comfortable and a lovely Continental Breakfast. Double glazing was very effective and necessary as with the window open (which I prefer) the road noise was quite something due to an adjacent motorway! I would however definitely return!”

“Had a lovely Halloween stay in Burley, such a great location in the New Forest. Really appreciated the friendly staff, lovely welcoming bar, and the superb Halloween decorations which really set the scene and mood.”

“Absolutely wonderful stay for a short stay. The only fault were the pillows…felt like sleeping on a cement bag but that’s a personal preference .”

“The little gypsy caravan was lovely and quaint, an experience in itself, everywhere was immaculate and clean, well organised, the continental breakfast was beautiful with a wide range and fresh fruit, the owner recommended we're to eat in the village and drink, it's was excellent to, nice and friendly, overall an excellent experience”

“The breakfast ŕoom was high quality with wooden carved dining chairs and chandeliers. Our guest room was well decorated with good paintings and carved woodwork. and The recliner chair with a footstool was both notable and comfortable. The large sofa was also comfortable. Our balcony with a view of fields beyond would have been a place to relax in on a warm day. The full English Breakfast was both good quality and ample food.”
