This is my first time in Ixtapa and me and my family had the worst experience ever the staff was extremely rude. The food was a five out of 10 the rooms were not cleaned whatsoever. Villa de la Roca is something right out of a movie. The property is stunning, the staff are so friendly and take such great care of you, and it makes staying in gorgeous Zihua so relaxing and carefree. We had the most magical time, and we will absolutely be back soon!
