Mansfield Vacations

.

Location was great so was the service!

The hotel was very convenient to tourist activities (museums, tours, restaurants etc). The only criticism is that the bathroom door was right next to the bed and the bathroom's light switch is on the outside of the bathroom. The bathroom door cannot be closed before turning on the light. If your partner gets up in the middle of the night and turns on the light to the bathroom, the light will disturb you.

For being in such a chaotic part of downtown, I was grateful to find the hotel so clean, pleasant and well maintained. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Just a short walk from Union station, close to harbor front and 30 minute stroll to distillery district. Tim Hortons right across the street for cheap breakfast. I would definitely recommend!

Hotel was located close to malls and centralized to most theatres/ hop on & off bus stops. Room was clean, breakfast staff was attentive. Reception - however confused us as she said we do not have the buffet breakfast which actually was booked. I was tired and did not contest that until I called the front desk who said I could get the breakfast vouchers and that it was included with the stay. So- I think the lady receptionist who spoke to us needs to be careful in delivering the accurate information when we arrived. Other than that- it was a nice short stay!
