“Expedia advertised the facility had laundry service, they don't. The room we were assigned had no working smoke detector. I will try to attach pictures. Yes we were moved to another room that was 1/2 the size but the SAME price. Staff seems surprised when I asked about laundry service. I also emailed EXPEDIA about the situation a while ago but no response. Expedia is also at fault as they should ensure that the offers made to clients are correct! Regards ADL”
