I was disappointed that there wasn't an elevator, it was very hard to carry my heavy luggage upstairs. The staff helped me quite a bit, I have to say. When I arrived they were fixing the sewage outside, that was not pleasant to say the least. The internet was down for a few hours when I arrived, not good. The water was aslo off for quite a few hours and to top it off the next day Winnipeg's electricity was shut down city wide for a few hours. I won't stay there again even though the staff were wonderful. I was just there at the wrong time.

The staff were courteous and very helpful. It's nice to have an elevator for seniors with disabilities. The irony is that the bathroom and rooms are accessibility-ready, but there's no elevator.

I particularly liked that the rooms were clean, renovated and well organized. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue I found was a shortage one morning of hot water but it appeared to be resolved on the morning we left. All in all it was good. Thanks Again!
