I love staying here, super kid friendly and close to the airports. Staff are super kind, including security. That little gift shop is also very useful, so close instead of having to leave the hotel to get what I needed for myself and my son. Clean rooms and soft beds, my son also loved the beds.

Great place! Staff were kind, security present at all times. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is a little dated and there are little fixer upper opportunities. Water park on site. So fun! Highly recommend. Restaurant is okay, nothing fancy. Food is a little bland and ordinary. Staff were fantastic! Overall would stay again. Everyone was so nice.

Super clean room, awesome staff, everything was great! There was a nice gym and bags of ice. The only thing that we found less fun, as adults without kids, is that the pool is pretty much only designed for kids.

The room was perfect. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. One thing you could improve is room service dinner arrived in a paper bag with paper plates and plastic cutlery. A proper tray with real dishes would be more appropriate in a $250/night hotel room. On the plus side, the food was hot and delicious. Overall, it was a good stay that would have warranted a great rating if dinner had been served with more style.
