“Lovely hotel. In a fantastic location right by the entrance of Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Worth paying the extra for a room at the back looking out over the Maned Wolves and Lar Gibbons. We loved watching the animals from our room. Beds were comfy, shower was great and the toiletries smelt lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Was also a reasonable price unlike other zoo hotels which can cost £1000s. (We went midweek in September when the schools have...

“From start to finish it was a delightful stay, it had a lot of charm and we loved the chickens and goats the breakfast was great with all that you needed and more, the host was lovely and we enjoyed our stay, l will recommend this place to everyone at your club and we will return in the future. “I chose the hotel for is location. It was clean, had a lovely bathroom & the family room was spacious. I would use it again. There are no facilities there other than in the room. Plenty of towels. Plenty of parking.”

“A comfortable budget hotel. Nice restaurant and bar adjacent to the property. Road noise can be an issue . Some bacic matinence in are room would be good. Missing light bulbs in the bathroom.”
