“When I showed up the office was full of flies, and young kids running around in the 8x8’ office and acting very disrespectful. The manager charged my card a deposit and sent me to the room. As I was starting to go to the room the managers husband said that he still had to mop the floor but it was cleaned and wondered if I wanted it mopped.? WTH. I said yes and waited for him to complete that. When he was done he told me that he would have some clean towels in a little bit while they were still...

“Pulled into Klamath Falls kind of late after a long road trip with my family. Thought this place looked fine enough and close to the main drag to get some sleep and head back on the road early in the morning. When my husband and I walked in with our 1 year old, the owners upgraded our room to give us more space, and make sure we were "more comfortable". Such a lovely gesture that was greatly appreciated by our whole family. The rooms were very clean and location was great.”
