Son rápidos en atenderte el room service es excelente en cuanto a tiempo de espera. La única pega es la formación del personal en el restaurante, preguntabas por los ingredientes de alguna salsa por ejemplo y no sabían decirte, por si eres alérgico a algo sería conveniente que lo supieran, por lo demás estupendo”

We organised a private boat from Boracay to and from the island and were able to dock at the hotel beachfront making it even more special an experience. The room was wonderful, clean and with an incredible ocean view. We had the entire hotel to ourselves pretty much, with only a few other guests staying at the time, and were treated like VIPs.
