We eventually booked and paid for an airport transfer through them. They had also offered us a takeaway breakfast, which we never received. We ended up without transportation in the middle of the night, having to figure things out ourselves, and they refused to issue a refund

Absolutely beautiful with a warm and welcoming staff. The breakfast is amazing. It is an authentic experience I highly recommend.

Riad Anika is a beautiful place and the staff friendly and helpful. However, the biggest problem was the air conditioning. Originally in the family room 3 before having to be moved to two double rooms as after 3 nights of suffering sleeps in a room that was like a sauna and numerous complaints we were finally moved. We stayed two nights here. It was easy to get to everything we wanted to do - including a short walk to Jemaa el fna, The bed was comfortable, shower was nice, it had everything we needed. Breakfast was on the rooftop where you were surrounded by beautiful plants. The owner was so incredibly helpful in arranging a taxi to the grocery store, Jardin Majorelle, and the airport, and in general, went the extra mile to make us feel welcome.
