Brilliant location, excellent hotel and the gardens were amazing. First time we have gone all inclusive and we loved it. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Highly recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely warm welcome by staff when we arrived. It’s a lovely hotel with very happy smiley helpful staff. Our room was spacious, modern and cleaned daily, the food was fabulous. Good choices and displayed nicely. The hotel is in a good location. Short walk to the Medina area. We had a fab week stay. Would recommend this hotel

Fantastic rooms and a beautiful hotel centrally placed in Marrakech, ideal for walking everywhere. The food choice is amazing. Really helpful and lovely staff, anything is no trouble at all. However some more expensive rooms situated below a nightclub/restaurant, is very loud into the night, past midnight, is hard for guests who need their sleep.

Great stay for my husband's birthday. We had a swim out suite which was nice and fairly private. Enjoyed the snack bar, coffee shop and variety of choices at the buffet. Would definitely return.

Staff was very helpful and kind especially the bartrnders and reception. Grounds were well maintained Food was varied and good. The only downside is the pool that was a little busy and it was not easy to find empty spot around the pool.

One of our many stays here and whilst we would return, there is room for improvements. The rooms are lovely and spacious; however, our room was very noisy late at night due to being adjacent to a nightclub and service areas. Unfortunately earplugs were not available at the front desk. Food is always fantastic with plenty of options and the grounds are stunning and well maintained. Waiting staff in the restaurant and bars are wonderful and the rooms were well kept by housekeepers.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and can’t recommend it enough. The hotel is very clean, staff cannot do enough for you, the food is wonderful, and the location is perfect (10 min walk from the main square). Highly recommend and would stay again and again.

Staff here are amazing! Everyone from maintenance, housekeeping, bartenders, entertainment, front desk, etc.! They truly go above and beyond for you. It feels like a second home. They Made Marrakech that much better. We will be back!!

Couldn’t beat the location of this hotel- right in the Medina with a very short walk to the souks. The property, while a bit aged, was very nice. The rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom especially shows its aged but great water pressure and sufficiently sized. The property has a large pool but you best get there really early because the other guests “reserve” all the chairs and then leave for hours. The staff was very friendly and really love their country. They go out of the way to be helpful. We found that the bar staff was not as friendly or helpful until we tipped and then they couldn’t do enough for us.

Best all inclusive we’ve ever stayed in. Never got ill from the food - only when we ate outside once. The food was amazing, everything was clean, loved it. The only annoying thing was that the entertainment staff would constantly try to drag you up when watching the entertainment at night, which we really didn’t appreciate. The entertainment staff themselves were great, and lots of people loved being brought up to dance, interactive bingo etc, but for us reserved Brits I didn’t appreciate worrying about being dragged up all the time. You could avoid them during the day by going to the quiet pool at the back left of the property. Lots of different nationalities which was nice (not just “Brits abroad”), really varied food choices. Overall a great hotel, convenient location, walking distance to lots, lovely drinks, amazing food. Highly recommended!
