Excellent staff and very good place

Small riad located outside the medina. You need to be prepared to deal with staff who can be quite persistent in trying to sell extra services despite our refusals. We eventually booked and paid for an airport transfer through them. They had also offered us a takeaway breakfast, which we never received. We ended up without transportation in the middle of the night, having to figure things out ourselves, and they refused to issue a refund

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Nowara & Spa. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly riad in Marrakech, this is an excellent choice. The location is great, with most of the main attractions in the Medina within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. The highlight of our stay was definitely the host, Saber. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. He was easy to talk to, gave us useful local advice, and really made us feel at home. The riad itself was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. If you’re after an authentic place to stay without spending a fortune, I’d definitely recommend Riad Nowara & Spa. Thanks again to Saber for making our trip so enjoyable!

Great location - close to the souks and centre of the city but still peaceful.

Overall an excellent choice for a ‘fly & flop’ location. Good quality all inclusive. Very spacious bedroom (golf course view) with two main pools and the usual selection of hotel activities run by the local team if you want to take part. However no pressure if you don’t want to get involved. A dedicated juice bar which was a nice touch. The golf course ( and gym & spa) is a short shuttle bus ride away . The golf course is totally flat and offers gererously wide fairways with small well kept greens. A pleasant round although not the most challenging. The spa was very expensive for treatments so we didn’t try it. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the city up to about 6:30pm. Otherwise Bolt & Iner work here for about £8 per journey . The buffet food was excellent choices every day. My wife is vegetarian and sometimes has limited choice when we go away. That was not the case here. Loads of options for both of us. Although 2 meals in Thea La carte restaurants were included, we didn’t see the point as the menus were Mediterranean or Italian and these option were available at the buffet. Only 2 minor complaints. When an emergency evacuation alarm sounded at 7:30 in the morning, there were no staff on hand to direct people to an evacuation point. Guests just wandered around the pool areas or went to reception where staff seemed to have no knowledge of what was going on. Secondly, the WiFi was poor in all areas except the reception building,

I enjoyed my stay here. Beautiful Riad. The staff was especially was so accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed. The day we were leaving we had to leave at 7, despite breakfast starting at 8:30 they made sure the we left with something eat.
