pool bar was always closed. The staff was rude, and the food not good. Excellent location tho and the pool was nice, but small.

Being diabetic and didn’t have a
Mini fridge in the room, that makes it hard when have to travel with a medical condition that requires having the medication refrigerated
When I talk to the Expedia costumers service they couldn’t help me to find a solution and the hotel didn’t offer a cooler with ice for the medication
They told me to take the medicine to the nursing room I was on the 22 th floor and the nurses room was on the bottom floor that is not convenient solution

The staff were some of the best in the business. They were professional & friendly.
They went out of their way. And the most amazing thing is they took the time to learn our names and greeted us as such each time.

Beautiful view and pool, utilities are a concern - water/power etc. We spent a week here with our 3 daughters, and have traveled many times to Mexico. Being a near new building, we expected less trouble. Antonio did a good job trying to look after things.
