“Third time coming here and will be our last until it’s renovated unfortunately. Very disappointing stay this time around. Cockroaches in the reception area, room was very tired and run down, breakfast buffet was barely lukewarm. Feel like the staff have just given up as well. “Family loved staying at this property. Staff were all very friendly from the concierge to the housekeepers. Our room was clean, modern and spacious for our young family of four. Buffet breakfast was well worth the cost. Plenty of underground parking onsite and the licence plate recognition meant no looking for room key when entering or exiting car park. The pool and private beach was very popular with my girls. Hotel is well located - just a short walk to Sea World and short drive to Surfers...
