The staff were so helpful, I made a mistake on the parking but they sorted it out and then gave me an upgrade. A big room overlooking the pool area and the hotel is convenient to everything including the beach, casino and great shopping.

Hotel is very nice and clean, beds are awesome with Pillows that I can't find in shops, we had a sea view room, which was well worth it. But for some reason the room had no heating option, and with 14 deg evenings in Winter this was on the borderline of comfort.

The hotel room was beautiful, with lovely views of the ocean. The buffet breakfast was amazing, serving wonderful produce and coffees. The pool area was very relaxing, it was so nice ordering food and drink from our pool recliners. A great place to stay. We have been here twice vefore and return in the future.
