We had trouble requesting for extra beds even though we called in advance and reminded the staff upon arrival. “The location is perfect for the view of Taal volcano and lake. The room was comfortable but some items were missing such as toilet paper. Overall a pleasant stay, and I would happily pass it as a suggestion to others ”

“We book 10 rooms and of the 10 rooms four of them the AC did not work so they had to move us around. The service is quite helpful. The most fun part of it was the sports complex with the Pickleball courts and the tennis courts and the jet skis by the beach that part was definitely fun but the place is rundown for sure the rooms need upgrading and better maintenance.”

“The hotel is closed to hospital, school and walking distance to the main road. Shops and restaurants are within reach. It’s connected to Divimall and a drug store. The staff are accommodating and friendly. Hotel is well kept that I even extended our stay. Good choice on food menu and breakfast was included on our stay. I highly recommend this place to family and friends.”
