Vacations Close To Madison Avenue

Street noise during night in our room facing 17th St. No elevator. Very expensive for what you get but we were there during NY Marathon and Halloween. Great location. Clean. Comfortable bed.

State with the family the room was very clean. It’s got comfortable furniture and great location. Incredible staff helped us with everything we need. I will definitely be back probably stay here every time. I’m in New York City.

I do not recommend. Will not be staying again. Flies in washroom coming from pipes. Needed deep cleaning of floors and rug. A large bug-cockroach-like seen early morning of Sunday before NYC Marathon. Also very noisy as fire hall close by. Sirens going off every ~10mins.

The bath towel shelf in the shower was so high up, I had to stand on my tippy toes to grab a towel and I’m 5ft 5in. Likewise, the little mirror by the entry door was hung at a height for a 6 foot man to check his hair. The pillows felt like swim floaties. Great location though. And no smartly situated outlets for recharging phone and laptop.

Easy check-in, convenient location, with access the entire city with a few-minute walk to subways and LIRR.

Good for the location and a decent bed. Unfortunately the floors were not swept/vacuumed and there were a few cobwebs in the corners that I thought were pretty obvious. The toilet broke twice within two days which was inconvenient as well. The boxed/bottled water that was in the room was dusty and probably had been there for a while. I was sure if it was free or if I would be charged so I left that alone. Lastly, I didn’t have a do not disturb tag in my room like I had seen on other doors but I had a button that I could press that said dnd. I had it pressed the entire time I was there and someone still came in and moved all my belongings off the bed to make it. Overall, not anything special for the price but I guess it does the job.
