I called twice for moving to upstairs and they never did. My friend and her husband moved from down stairs to room 201 which is three size bigger than ours. It is our first time visiting Boston an, I don’t remember aaathe terrible experience of the hotel will keep us away from it. The room downstairs is too small to have a cup of coffee without sitting place. Two nights we did not sleep well as it is too noisy from the first floor and downstairs. The house keepers do not speak English and we had a hard time to communicate with more bath towels which are too small..
