Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
No family should have to go through the ordeal we did. Shame on you Expedia for having such a horrible horrible place on your list.
- no working AC during the hottest days
- incompetent unhelpful staff. The one time we called for assistance, the person could not speak English. On check out, even after multiple requests, hotel staff booked us a very small taxi for 4 people and luggage. Could not even book us the right size taxi
- construction noise and loud street noise very early and very late
- cigarette smoke everywhere. My child suffered an asthma flare
- leaking bathroom, broken toilet seat
- completely dark musty corridors
- construction crew waiting outside our room very early morning on our departure date. We kept being asked when we will be leaving.
- overall extremely poor horrible horrible conditions
If I had another place to move to, I would not have allowed my family to go through this. I still have nightmares as to how and why I selected this place.
Shame on you Expedia. You will never again get my business.
