“Well i was welcomed by name by Bob. My room was delightful and perfect for my needs with a sea view. Breakfast was really fresh and tasty. Hosts where delightful and i feel i have friends for life..despite their taste in football teams ha. Would definitely stay here agsin and reccomend it.”

“I chose The Royal as there was a positive review about being good for solo travellers. This was my experience too. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful . It was easy to find and has easy access to the sea front. The hotel's location meant that I felt safe to walk alone in the evening , as I wanted to try local restaurants. “The staff were friendly, fun and efficient. A disabled parking space was close by for my husband and the ground floor bedroom exceptionally well accommodated and comfortable along with a wet room! The bar was fun, friendly and busy with excellent menu, great service and atmosphere. A local group of friends informally got together with instruments and voices. Much enjoyed. Highly recommended”
