“We have been travelling to Marmara constantly for more that 10 years now. The hotel needs a remodelation, everything is quite old and used.
The service of housecleaning is terrible - they just came into our room while we were sleeping without knocking; that happened twice eventhough we insisted on privacy
The personal in the bar and reception did treat us nicely”

“I booked a 3 week stay at this hotel and my room smelled like cat pee and amonia. I requested a change of room as this smell is unsafe to breathe by all means and the person from the front desk refused to change us even though there was a room available. After some hours with the smell not going away, I requested the head of manteinance to come and check out the smell which I suspected came from the old air conditioning or the carpet.
