The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean. They actually charge a "resort" fee for the very things that any hotel includes in the price of the room, i.e. gym, pool, etc they actually said it included local and domestic calls....it's a lovely property and location but it is not a resort nor should they be able to charge an extra fee. No better or worse than a normal hotel.

The hotel was in a good location and rooms were nice but the check in is at 4 pm and their only pool closes at 5 pm. It definitely has terrible rules. They include a pass to a private beach where they give you a couple of chairs and towels but sun umbrellas are not available for free or rented and they do not even sell those there or nearby. The restaurant took over 30 minutes to give us a basic order to go of Raviolis and when we finally got them, they were super cold. They take over 25 minutes just to give you a drink at the bar they have near the pool. One of the 2 elevators was broken so it was really bad. Terrible service. Would not come back and it is not a 4 stars hotel considering the bad service and amenities they offer.

Room was clean Shower water was not hot, sink took forever to drain and temperature control of room was difficult Could not check in when we arrived because of some computer glitch. Had to edit an additional 30 minutes That would not be so bad if we could have checked in early but you had to pay an additional fee $50.00 to check in early do we waited until after dinner. Keep in mind we already prepaid for the room in advance..
