We have stayed in more than 50 great hotels over the past 5 years. The Arthouse Hotel is going to be one of our most memorable. We really enjoyed our stay.
The hotel opened in May after extensive renovations. The hotel used to be home to former UK Prime Minster (1905-1908) Henry Campbell-Bannerman.
Stepping onto the main elevator feels like you stepping back in time - with all of the modern conveniences.
We stayed for three nights. Our room had 20 foot floor to ceiling curtains. Stained glass windows. We were pleasantly surprised by the large (by European Standards) bathtub.
The staff were very approachable and quick to respond to our needs.
The hotel is centrally located and only a 5-10 minute walk to the Buchanan Bus Station if you are planning on going on any tours.
We will definitely try to stay again next time we are in Glasgow. Great value. Money well spent.

Great location and very quiet. Within walking distance to all amenities. Apartment was a great size and adequately furnished. Am enjoyable stay.
