Our room was large and well-appointed. The hotel property is on a lake, and our delicious breakfast was served in a dining room with great views of both the gardens and the lake beyond.

Staff went above and beyond for my mother who was poorly- they drove for her prescription for an hour there and an hour back and checked in on her all the time. I have never known staff to be so considerate and friendly. They alone are worth coming back to this hotel for. Thank you.

Staff were amazing - our children had an amazing experience. Really appreciated how the hotel staff delivered santa stockings and hand written cards to our room for the Christmas day. The hotel was super dog friendly. It was lovely seeing so many people bringing their dogs and were permitted at the lounge. Highly recommend this warm welcoming hotel.
