“Beautiful location with the stream running in front. Located in a quaint village - it was lovely and quiet! Room was lovely and very spacious and breakfast was delicious. About a 45 minute drive to Llangollen which was a lovely place to visit. Sian and the cleaner (so sorry I forgot her name!) we're extremely friendly and helpful, even gave me access to their mobile hot-spot and helped with local attraction advice. The check-in / bar staff were a little less helpful, including dinner service -...

“Gloriously remote! These holiday cottages are located down a narrow, winding track, so the detailed instructions provided by the host were invaluable. The cottage lights and heating were on when we arrived making for a cosy welcome on an autumn afternoon. The bedroom and en-suite were carefully presented and very clean and the kitchen was supplied with all the necessary equipment to prepare meals and snacks. The cottage is within easy driving distance of many North Wales places of interest...

“Beautiful, comfortable property in a great, secluded location at the bottom of a valley. Everything we needed was there, and the hosts were waiting with the keys to give us the tour. Dog friendly, but be aware that the garden is not fully fenced off from the fields and sheep roam through it regularly. I can see how the track to the house could be challenging in winter, but it was no problem in a rear-wheel drive coupe in summer, even in the rain.”

“A brilliant location and great facilities with great walsk nearby and mountain bike opportunities”

“First time visitors. Very comfortable, quiet and clean. We will be back.”

“La decoración del cuarto, la locación estuvo increible!”

“Personal muy atento y el lugar en donde está el hotel muy agradable.”

“We arrived late, so didn't expect to be greeted. We had called and advised that we would be late, so Hazel gave us excellent instructions on how to get in after closing. She also took our breakfast order on the phone. The next morning, all was well, but we saw no one at checkout, which was odd. There is no reception, no entry desk, and there was no one around. We found out later that we had to pay upon arrival (thought Expedia payment had been made), so we had to pay over the phone. Again, not a...

“Excellent location, and the staff super friendly and helpful”

“Welcoming staff, large family room, comfortable bed, breakfast delicious. Stairs quite steep (i should have booked a room on lower floor) i didnt have any issue but felt if i had they would de addressed and dealt with effectively. Thank you for a wonderful stay over.”

“The spa facilities would be fantastic however my experience was cut short due to the workers doing maintenance on the outdoor hot tub during my pre paid time which meant there were about 16 of us at one point sat in a bath as there was nothing else to do, room was dirty and mould on ceiling, staff said couldn’t help as hotel was full, offered to run up with a cloth but this was poor, restaurant staff all inexperienced and lacking manners, failed to bring drinks order until 40 mins in and had to...
