“Rooms 1 and 7 were clean and comfy. No. 1 was stuffy (possibly due to hot weather and no air con) and smelt of cooking . No. 7 was cooler but affected by traffic noise as there was a fair amount of traffic throughout the night. Not ideal for light sleepers. Can’t comment on the meals as we didn’t eat there. Easy access to Pendine Sands.”

“This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. “You have to pay for parking £5 for 24hrs then claim £2 back at the bar, this is not mentioned. Accommodation bath handles loose,peeling wallpaper gaps round window. Had to ask for a fan in heatwave which the lady on reception did find. Food standard. The fact they had delivers during the night meant little sleep as room overlooked carpark.went there 10years ago and was looking forward to returning i know wisk I had gone else where. Some staff where pleasant others not so much.”

A fan was provided & we were able to open the window however, the locals drinking outside were quite noisy & stayed after midnight a few nights. Popular for camper and as well.
