We had a lovely stay at the Diplomat. The staff were all wonderful, really helpful friendly and we felt very welcome. The hotel itself it a bit tired but everything was very clean and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. It’s in a bit of a weird location but we had a wonderful trip to the Gower exploring the coast around Rhossili which is beautiful.

Lovely room - staff were welcoming and friendly! Rooms in poor conditions, extremely hit, the shower doesn't work...poor quality in breakfast. The only positive side the staff very helpful.

It was lovely.. staff were amazing and friendly.. the big let down was buffet breakfast all were below standard food and looked so over cooked and tasteless.. the knives were very blunt and would not cut food … we had two breakfasts and a room. Service we also spent money to go to a show .. show ok food basic quality
