“The hotel is well maintained and presented. It feels recently refurbed. The room was good and the bed was super comfy! We had a rear facing room and it was very peaceful. The staff were bright and cheerful from the moment they met us to the moment we departed - that’s all staff, by the way, that we met. “The Mansion House was a very pleasant place to spend our few days in South Wales. The hotel and grounds were kept beautifully and the views over the estuary are just stunning .Breakfasting and dining were of a high standard and from our experience of 5* hotels , deserving of their rating. Our room was very pleasant ,though a “proper”wardrobe would have been appreciated.
