“Personally was quite disappointed after staying at sprowston manor only two weeks before. Staff weren’t particularly helpful or forthcoming with help. Room don’t have a mini fridge, water cups left everywhere as no bin near by. Pool was lovely however chlorine was so high myself & a few other guests had to leave hot tub as eyes were burning & making us cough.”

I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

“Had a lovely stay at this hotel, room was lovely, clean and everything we needed, continental breakfast had plenty of cereal to chose from, yoghurts, cereal bars, toast, fruit, lots of choices of drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again, if we plan to go to this area again.”

“It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not...
