“Convenient access if traveling to and from nearby airports. Rooms are basic, but absolutely no airflow, even with a fan, and very difficult to sleep when the room is so hot. In general, this is feedback for many hotels that don’t have air-conditioning and it will be an health and safetyissue that is going to need to be addressed sooner than later.”

“Parking was ok. ”

“We had a great stay, with everything we needed. Exceeded expectations and will certainly book again if in the area. Very convenient with on site parking and an easy walk into the city centre.”

“We only stayed one night, so didn’t really have time to use e.g the bar & didn’t have dinner there. But that said, we were able to park - it was an extra cost of £6 not included in the booking cost. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a tad tired, with a bit of crack in the top of bath rim; but it was perfectly usable. Breakfast was nice, the lady serving was informative and friendly. The gentleman on reception was again informative and pleasant. The hotel is well placed...

“The room was lovely although the rest of the hotel was tired and looked run down and closed from the outside. I would not have felt safe staying there if I had travelled on my own.”

“Had a lovely stay at this hotel, room was lovely, clean and everything we needed, continental breakfast had plenty of cereal to chose from, yoghurts, cereal bars, toast, fruit, lots of choices of drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again, if we plan to go to this area again.”

“In this hotel romm was a fridge, ar fryer and microwave, never seen that before. A selection of cups, plates and cutlery completes the scene. Think it would be a good idea to add a coffee machine and sell pods in reception. Been there before and will definitely use it next time in Norwich.”
